A very rare series and issued note printed by Perkins, Bacon & Co., London. Full green tint with seated Ceres at top center. This vignette was originally engraved in the 1820s. Light violet back. The signatures and countersignatures are all clear. The upper left corner tip is nicked off and there is a swatch of staining (or foxing). The color is vibrant and rarely encountered. PMG Very Fine 20 Net.
