This is the first of four denominations from the 1899 Provisional issue overprinted on Columbian Bank Note Co., Washington, D.C. printed host remainder notes. The vignettes, colors, and style are excellent. The remainder host note with standing female on the shore. Blue back. Punch hole cancelled and previously mounted are noted. The back corner mounts are heavier than some others, but the face is exceptionally bright. PMG Choice Very Fine 35 Net.
