A fourth and final desirable 1899 Provisional note overprinted on an American Bank Note Co. printed Banco Hipotecario, Bogotá host remainder note (P-S515). This completes an exceptional set and is quite beautiful. Soft blue face tinting and deeper blue back with the 1899 overprinted text. Agriculture theme vignettes across the center and griffins bookending the sides. Two serial numbers from the plate note in SCWPM. Not cancelled and noted only with some splits. Unpriced and very rare. PMG Very Fine 25.
