The third 1899 Banco Nacional Provisional note, overprinted on an American Bank Note Co. printed Banco Internacional, Bogotá remainder note (P-S563). Light brown face tint and deeper brown back. Justice at the right. The back hand signature is very clear. Punch hole cancelled and previously mounted are noted. Matches up very well with the rest of the notes in the set. PMG Very Fine 25.
