A third denomination from the overprinted series. Printed in green on watermarked paper. The face red seal and back overprints are very sharp. Noted as punch hole cancelled and previously mounted. Also noted as repaired (crudely so at the upper right corner) and with foreign substance. An overall appealing example of a note that is difficult to obtain. PMG Extremely Fine 40 Net.
