The first of four denominations from this handsome Homer Lee Bank Note Company engraved and printed Bogotá private bank series. These are remainder notes, cut from the same original remainder sheet, and all serial number 491. Green face tinting and backs. Dual denominated in Pesos and Dollars. Gorgeous train vignette along the bottom center. The last cut-sheet of notes observed for sale was in the Heritage January 2012 auction where each denomination realized $1,000 or more. The bottom margin is trimmed in slightly, but the note is vibrant and makes a bold impression. PMG About Uncirculated 55 EPQ.
