The fourth denomination of five proofs from the initial American Bank Note Company printed series. Green tint with numerical 10 and guilloche protector overprints. 20,000 issued notes authorized October 1862. A sharp impression upon the archival paper, but there is heavy glue foxing seen across the note. Impaired, but from being poorly prepared by the ABN. There are few known in any form and this example is very collectible. Fine Net.
