This Barranquilla series were circulating 6% bond-notes, authorized by the "Law 24 of 1905" from the bank. Three denominations were printed for this initial, large format issue. There were 50,000 notes authorized for printing in April 1918. Series A. Orange frame and protectors. The orange back is perpendicular with interest payments listed. The series was virtually unknown until the 1990 ABN Sale. Both impressions are choice. Uncirculated.
