A third smaller format note from this later series. The notes were printed twice for the issue and included a cancelled printing. No series. Blue face. Identical layout with standing allegorical female with globe. Blue back with legal clauses. India paper impressions from the February 1923 printing as shown at the top of the page. Heavy glue staining on the face, but the back is vibrant.
