COLOMBIA. Banco del Ruiz. 20 Pesos. ND (1922). 2% 10 Year Note with Coupons. P-S825p. Archival Record Book Face and Back Proofs. Extremely Fine.
This denomination is different than the others and has interest coupons at the left. The notes were printed once in July 1922 with 25,000 examples authorized. No series. Black on white with multi-color guilloche face using the common emblem with Andean mountain with spread-winged condor. The olive back differs from the previous denominations. Both India paper impressions are vibrant, but there is some glue foxing on the back coupon side. An unusual and distinctive example. Extremely Fine.
