A second denomination from the three 4% notes from Banco de Bogotá. The notes were printed once in March 1919 with 100,000 examples authorized. No series. Common style, each with the interest statement overprinted in color. Arms at the left face. Monument in back center. Blue face overprint and back. The face is choice and the back has some glue foxing at the right end. Extremely Fine.
