The highest denomination from the 4% series. The notes were printed once in March 1919 with 100,000 examples authorized. No series. Common style as preceding, each with the interest statement overprinted in color. Arms at the left face. Monument in back center. The face protector is gray. The back is brown. Both are printed on thicker paper and are choice impressions. Uncirculated.
