Uncertified and condition as originally in the ABNCo. archive. This appears to be another partial sheet with at least one row along the bottom trimmed away, plus an added note clipped off at the lower right. Ex Lot 773 from the 1990 ABN sale. These notes are numbered remainders with diagonal overprints, but hole cancelled and used as Specimens. Handling and several interior staple holes. A difficult type to find issued and very collectible. Extremely Fine.
