COLOMBIA. 1794-JF 8 Escudos. Popayán mint. Carlos IV (1788-1808). Restrepo M98.8. AU-58 (PCGS).
Frosty and lustrous, quite different in character from the highly prooflike 8 Escudos from Popayán of this era. A broad frame of denticles is present at the base of the obverse, while the reverse is better centered. A bit soft on the reverse crown, but essentially problem free.
