COLOMBIA. 1809-JF 8 Escudos. Popayán mint. Ferdinand VII (1808-1833). Restrepo M128.3. MS-64+ (PCGS).
An exquisite specimen of this type, with luster and surfaces that must resemble how this coin looked when it left the mint. Rich yellow gold with impressive lustrous bloom and mint frost. The strike is bold despite swelling in the obverse fields and some thin die cracks on both sides.
