CHILE. Peso, 1858. NGC MS-63.
KM-129. VERY SCARCE date (mintage of only 51,000 pieces) of a scarce type which is rarely seen better than Very Fine. This example is the only mint state example certified by either NGC or PCGS. In fact, NGC has only certified 3 examples in all grades, none at PCGS. Fresh and lustrous with no obnoxious bagmarks; the assigned grade may be the result of a slight weakness of strike on the condor's wing. Lustrous and quite attractive. NGC MS-63.
