C." above, "ORGANIZACION CIENTIFICA NACIONAL" below; Reverse: Three versions of the National Arms as seen on Mexican coins, inscription "CONMEMORACION DEL ESCUDO NACIONAL" around. Sharply struck with hard flashy proof-like surfaces with frosted cameo devices and as such quite attractive. PCGS SP-67 Secure Holder.
