Specimen. Printed by ABNC. Extra large selvage at top margin with date stamps, and print marks. A very scarce design that never saw circulation, and the first we have handled for type. 4 POC's in the signature panel, with two red specimen overprints. The specimen number on the top selvage was printed twice, which appears to be a result of a misprint on the first attempt. Allegorical woman seated- at center. The reverse shows significant lathe work surrounding the obligation. Excellent embossing. Choice Uncirculated.
