Silver Certificate. Printed by USBEP. An extremely rare 1906 500 Pesos Silver Certificate from the Philippine Islands. A striking portrait of Legazpi seen at center. This is currently one of only three pieces graded by PMG according to their Population Report, with the other two in private hands. Harrison-Fitzsimmons signatures seen in the signature panels. PMG mentions a Tear, Signature Annotations, and Rust in the comments section. The rust is very minor and appears to be remnants of a paper clip.
