Watch List notes:

Great Britain. Queen's South Africa Medal, 1899-1902. One clasp: "Defense of Mafeking" (J. WESTLAND. MAFEKING TOWN GD:), impressed. This clasp was issued to all troops in the Mafeking garrison under Baden-Powell between Oct. 13, 1899 and May 17, 1900. There were about 1300 officers and men present, some medals, though, were unclaimed. Thus, all told approximately 1150 medals were issued, making this the rarest of all clasps to the QSA medal. On riband. Some obverse scratches. Extremely Fine.
