Austria: Probably unique hand executed essay of a former designers archive of the Wiener Staatsdruckerei (Austrian State Printing Works) for a 5 Gulden 1866 Staats-Central-Kasse note. High quality drawn with many details probably as preparation for a printing plate but lateron not adopted and not issued as real banknote. First time seen on the market, appeared from the heritage of a former designer of the printing works, uniface pencil print on thicker paper, vertical folds, XF. Highly rare archival item.
