Congo: intersting printers note on colored paper without watermark, offset print with overprrinted date and serial numbers on front and back of 1000 Francs 1962 P. 2p, Specimen serial numbers CM0000004 and different numbers overprinted on back. It is very likely that this was a test print of the later issued banknote. Even printed offset it is likely to be a rare archival piece. Condition: aUNC.
