Constantine I. A.D. 307/10-337. AE 3 (17.32 mm, 2.77 g, 5 h). Contemporary Copy. unofficial mint copying Siscia, struck ca. A.D. 320. CONSTNIVS - VSIINV, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantine left, holding spear over shoulder and shield / "MONLNESNEHVINGFFND" // ЄSIS, two Victories standing facing each other holding shield inscribed: "TOH / NF" in two lines above a smal altar inscribed with an I. RIC Siscia 64 might have been used as the prototype. VF, dark olive-green patina, slightly lighter deposits in recesses. obverse double-struck; unusually nice for a copy of this nature.
