THESSALY, Gyrton. Late 4th-early 3rd centuries BC. Æ Trichalkon (20.5mm, 9.64 g, 4h). Laureate head of Zeus left / ΓΥΡ[ΤΩ]/ΝΙΩ[Ν], horse prancing left; monogram below. Cf. Rogers 236; BCD Thessaly II 83.11; HGC 4, 366. Good VF, dark brown patina with spots of dark red.
