WEIGHTS, Byzantine. Weight of 6 Nomismata (Bronze, 23 mm, 26.82 g), circa 6th-7th century. N - S; above, cross, below, uncertain symbol; all in round incuse. Rev. Cross formed out of two rugged lines; all in round incuse. An interesting seal with a curious reverse. Attractive reddish earthen deposits. Very fine.
