MACEDON, Cassandraea. Commodus. AD 177-192. Æ (19mm, 5.44 g, 7h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Nymph Nysa standing right, raising veil and holding infant Dionysus and cornucopia. Cf. RPC Online 4253; cf. AMNG III 12; SNG ANS –; Varbanov 3357 var. (bust type). VF, rough brown surfaces. Rare.
