IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust right / [V]OTA PVBL P M TR P, S C across field, Felicitas, draped, standing left, holding winged caduceus with right hand and scepter with left. VF, dark green patina, some pitting and roughness. Extremely rare.
