DIVVS AVGVSTVS PATER Divus Augustus, radiate and draped, but with chest bare, seated left on throne, holding laurel branch in his right hand and long scepter with his left; to left, altar. Rev. TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AGVST P M TR POT XXIIII around large S C. BMC 74 (Tiberius). BN 50 (Tiberius). Cohen 309. RIC 49 (Tiberius). Slightly rough but attractive dark brown and green patina. Some roughness and traces of cleaning, otherwise, about extremely fine.
