Pupienus, 238. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 30 mm, 21.23 g, 1 h), Rome. IMP CAES M CLOD PVPIENVS AVG Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Pupienus to right, seen from behind. Rev. LIBERALITAS AVGVSTORVM / S C Liberalitas standing facing, head turned to left, holding abacus and cornucopia. Banti 3. BMC 10. RIC 14. Dark green patina and with a good portrait. Minor roughness, otherwise, very fine.
