Aemilian, 253. Denarius (Silver, 22 mm, 3.22 g, 6 h), Rome. IMP AEMILIANVS PIVS FEL AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Aemilian to right. Rev. MARTI PROPVGT Mars standing left, leaning on his shield and holding reversed spear. Cohen 25. RIC 6. Toned, with a good portrait, and actually unusually nice. Some traces of corrosion, otherwise, good very fine.
