D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG Helmeted, diademed and cuirassed bust of Theodosius facing, his head turned slightly to right, holding a spear over his right shoulder and with a shield, ornamented with a horseman spearing a fallen foe, over his left. Rev. GLOR ORVI-S TERRAR / TESOB Theodosius, diademed and in military outfit, standing facing, holding labarum and globus cruciger; star in left field. Depeyrot 51/1. RIC X 363. Well struck on a broad flan. Some scratches and abbrasions, otherwise, about very fine.
