CELTIC, Eastern Celts. Late 2nd-1st century BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 33 mm, 17.02 g, 12 h). Celticized wreathed head of Dionysos to right. Rev. Celticized Herakles standing facing, holding club in his right hand and lion skin with his left; to inner left, M. OTA Class IIIA. Well struck with a fine golden tone and an obverse of particularly attractive style for the type. Very fine.
