III. - VIR / Q.SICINIVS Filleted palm branch and winged caduceus in saltire; above the crossing, wreath. Babelon (Sicinia) 5. Crawford 440/1. Sydenham 938. Bright, sharp and nicely toned. Slightly double struck, otherwise, extremely fine.
