Warin, bust right, rev. figure of France, crowned by Victory, seated in triumphal car drawn by four horses, Fame blows a trumpet whilst Fortune is chained behind, beaded border, 75mm (BMC [Jones] 183; Jones, Warin, 4; Maz, Warin, I, 5; Trésor II, pl.XXI, 2/3); Marie de Medici, a uniface cast silver medal, 50mm [2]. First a good quality cast with integral suspension loop, shallow scratches in front of face otherwise very fine with deep bronze patination, second a later cast, very fine with remains of brooch mount on reverse £100-150
