CHINA. Kwangtung. 10 Cash, CD (1908). PCGS MS-65 BN Secure Holder.
CL-KT.16; CCC-10; Y-10r; W-907 (H-7); Duan-0130. Single finest certified with the "BN" designation at PCGS. The Kwangtung mint, located in Canton, used machinery imported from Ralph Heaton & Sons of Birmingham, England. As a result, its product is generally better made than those of other provinces and this specimen is a good example. Every scale and spine on the dragon is visible under glowing maroon toning. Our last offering of this type was lot 80202 in our 2016 Hong Kong auction, which was "PCGS MS-64 RB." PCGS MS-65 BN Secure Holder.
