In 2002 the Forestry department with the help of the World Wildlife Fund established new conservation reserves created in Shaanxi and Sichuan provinces. These reserves were aimed towards reconnecting the fragmented populations in the Qinling and Min mountains. Includes the case of issue and certificate of authenticity serial #000039.
