An academic die variety study collection including several different date varieties such as the last character of date with leg, partial leg and missing leg completely. As well as other minor varieties not described in Robinson & Shaw such as shape and spacing of characters. A very interesting series deserving of further in depth research that is still in its infancy. Some have been cleaned, scratched, have encrustation and/or have other defects.
