Second finest certified at NGC, none in mint state at PCGS. The largest and heaviest hammered gold coin ever to be struck in England. Nice strike showing good detail on the king's portrait, legends are all crisp and clear on both sides with only slight doubling. A few minor flaws on the obverse field that do little to detract of the overall appearance of this handsome coin. Minor toning on both sides, lustrous and quite attractive. NGC MS-61.
