An extremely difficult type that shows with dual vignettes on the face with Li Hung Chan at left and hillside village at right. Elaborate under-printing with multicolored central guilloche. Nice centering and margins. We are unclear why there is an absence of EPQ present. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
