Shanghai. This Five Dollar denomination is one we have handled far less than the One Dollar and $10 notes. Facing dragons and left and right vignettes are noticed against a green purple and yellow under-print with embedded design. The back is again seen like others in the series with vibrant color and heavy geometric lathe work within the borders. Deep red lettering in mostly English with facing dragons in the same hue. Just subtle circulation and fully original paper throughout. PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45 EPQ.
