CHINA. Honan. 20 Cash Mint Error, ND (1920). PCGS AU-50 Secure Holder.
cf.Y-393(for basic type). An interesting error that shows that the dies were very badly aligned. At time of manufacture this piece was placed in between the dies while one was stuck in the obverse die causing a brockage about 80% off center. Being struck off center with misaligned dies also explains the void on the reverse and accounts for why raised portions. Attractive mottled patina throughout. PCGS AU-50 Secure Holder.
