George III (1760-1820), Grand National Jubilee medals, 1809 (2), in white metal, by Halliday, god save the king, draped bust right, rev. eight lines of text inside snake eating own tail, 48mm. (BHM 642), in contemporary suspension mount, otherwise extremely fine; another, in silver, by. T. Wyon Snr, similar, rev. wreath encircling grand national jubilee oct 25 1809 in four lines, 35.81g, 42mm. (BHM 653), the first in contemporary suspension mount, the second with light tooling in reverse fields, otherwise toned, both with brilliance and about extremely fine (2).
