George III (1760-1820), "Dorrien-Magens" Pattern Shilling, 1798, 6.00g (92.59gr), second laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. medal alignment, cruciform shields, semée of hearts in arms of Hanover, Garter star in centre, crown in each angle (ESC 2139 [R5] {1227}; S.3747), dark cabinet tone with faint rub to high points, an iconic rarity of the Milled Shilling series, in PCGS holder, graded AU53.
