Thrace, Apollonia Pontika. Ca. 400-350 B.C. AR drachm (14 mm, 2.21 g, 2 h). Contemporary imitation. Facing gorgoneion / Upright anchor; to left of bar, A; to right, crayfish. Cf. SNG BM 161 for prototype. Neat crude engraving. Very fine.
