VANDALS. Pseudo-Imperial coinage. Circa 440-490. Æ Nummus (8mm, 0.58 g, 12h). Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Victory advancing left, holding wreath. MEC 1, 31; BMC Vandals 37-41. VF, dark green patina, two small pits on obverse.

Grierson and Blackburn considered such crude pieces to be imitations of nummi of Thrasamund (see MEC 19-20).
