The 2002 United Kingdom Golden Jubilee Proof Crown / 5 Pounds coin, commemorating 50 years as Queen. Both sides feature a special design by Ian Rank-Broadley, the obverse made to draw likeness upon the first portrait using the coronation crown of 1953. The coin was issued with a limit of 3,500 coins of which only 3,272 were minted, at an issue price of £525. Today's market price highlights the strong performance of Royal Mint gold proof issues. The coin offered here is virtually as struck. FDC.
