Philip I. A.D. 244-249. AR antoninianus (23.94 mm, 6.21 g, 12 h). Rome mint, struck A.D. 245. IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip I right, seen from behind / FELICITAS TEMP, Felicitas standing facing, head left, holding long caduceus and cornucopiae. RIC 31; RSC 43. Good VF, strikingly detailed and sensitive portrait; over-enthusiastically cleaned in the past, re-toning gracefully.
