A four-sided prism in red-brown serpentine, Christian Palestine, ca. 8th - 12th Century A.D. one side featuring a standing figure holding a spear, cross to lower left, the opposite side depicting a tree, cross and circle below. L: 2 cm. Well-preserved and drilled lengthwise for suspension. Choice condition with light deposits. Ex California Museum of Art De-Accession, acquired 1989 (SS5102). Est. Value $250 - $350.
