Diademed head of Ptolemy right / ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings closed; shield in field to right; in field to left, ΠT / AΔP (?) ligate in monogram. VF, over-enthusiastically cleaned in the past, now re-toning; somewhat porous surfaces, reverse 15% off-center to southwest, losing nothing but border.
