(x) Central Bank of Kuwait, a full specimen set of the 1968 (1994) series, all zero serial numbers, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 5, 10 and 20 dinars, all are multicoloured with arms at left, all with falcon watermark and signatures of Salem Abdulaziz Al-Saud Al-Sabah and Nasir Abdullah al-Rodhan(Pick 23s-28s, TBB B23as-28as), in ICG holders 66, 66, 66, 66, 63, 66 respectively, all are EPQ, all with red Arabic specimen overprint (6).
